THE TIMBER BEASTS(pictured left) RETURNED HOME JULY 6, AFTER PARTICIPATING IN THE 2005 INTERNATIONAL BB GUN CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH HELD IN BOWLING GREEN, KENTUCKY. SATURDAY STARTED OFF KINDA SLOW,PLACING 6 IN THE PRONE POSITION. THE STANDING POSITION PICKED UP QUITE A BIT, PLACING 2 OUT OF 36 TEAMS. TEST IN THE AFTERNOON KEPT US IN GOOD STANDING. SUNDAY MORNING FOUND EVERYBODY PRETTY WELL HYPED(EVEN THOUGH THE SHOOTERS OFFICALY DID NOT KNOW HOW WELL THEY WERE DOING).AT THE END OF SITTING POSITION PUT THEM 2 POINTS OVERALL AHEAD OF ALL THE OTHER TEAMS.
ANYHOW TO MAKE A LONGER STORY SHORT. IN THE END THEY TIED FOR FIRST (2349 out of 2500) AND AFTER COUNTING CENTER SHOTS TO BRAKE THE TIE PLACED SECOND OUT OF 36 TEAMS.
THANKS TO ALL OUR SPONSORS AND SUPPORT, I THINK THE TEAM DONE THEIR SELVES PROUD AND THE STATE OF OREGON PROUD.
